In this app, you can find a new skill for the game, which increases your carry weight depending on the level. It's one of the most important things in the game because it allows you to increase your rating. The level of the skill will raise as you move around, which can be a really good thing because it means you can use the skill more often.
The basic work has been done by spacechase0, but the behavior of gaining skill progress is changed. You have to overweight the carry or pull a wagon to gain progress to raise the level.
